Meet in the Upper Room
Have you ever wondered about the final days of life on Earth and what it will look like? What does the Bible tell us about how and when it will happen? As Christians, we don’t know the exact date and we are warned not to predict that time but we do know and anticipate that reality of Christ’s return.
Dr. David Jeremiah has spent many years studying the subject and has written multiple looks to help people understand and discuss the “imminence of Christ’s return.” We have selected the Study Guide The Great Disappearance How to be Rapture Ready by Dr. Jeremiah. We have copies of the Study Guide available for those who plan on participating (se Delores Barr or Pastor Kerry).
Marilyn Rudolph, Pastor Kerry and Delores Barr will be leading discussions that hopefully will challenge us to develop and grow in our knowledge of Christ as well as to strengthen our relationship with Christ.
Each session will include discussing group study questions, listening, and praying for personal concerns and interacting with one another.
Please join us the second Thursday of each month at 10:00-11:30 am in the Upper Room. Our first session will focus on 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 and Matthew 24:36-44. To Help prepare for this session read Lesson 1 and 2 in the Study Guide. Be assured our pace depends entirely on your input.
